We started Zermatt Holidays in 1988, realising then that many visitors to Zermatt were looking for a holiday residence as opposed to hotel accommodation. We wanted to offer the space, freedom and flexibility of a chalet or apartment with the option of extra services like catering, shopping, etc. The idea proved to be a winning formula with more visitors each year realising the advantages of a “home-from-home”.
We have chosen to remain a small company, putting emphasis on personal service. All our guests are met on arrival and accompanied to their accommodation. Whether you choose a traditional Swiss Chalet or a modern apartment, our aim is to make your stay in Zermatt an unforgettable experience. We look forward to welcoming you to the Swiss alpine village below the Matterhorn.
~Lynn and CliveWe have been skiing in Zermatt for many years. It is one of the best ski resorts in the world. Initially we stayed in one of the top hotels as we have never been very keen on staying in apartments. Then one year we decided we would try Zermatt Holidays and were so impressed with the accommodation and service that we have rented their apartments for many years since then. We very much hope to return again next year.
